Qualification:
- Male or female with ages between 28-35
- A minimum law bachelor’s education from a leading university
- Minimum experience of 3 (three) years as a level managerial in the company or advocacy office
- Essentially a person with experience in the office of an advocate and has served
- Being able to create a drafting legal, as well as provide a legal opinion and litigation
- Understand and understand the laws and civil and civil laws act and related rules
- Mastering computer programs and proficient in English both oral and writing
- Tough, outgoing, dignified, brave, negotiators and broad-minded and lead-minded
- Ready to be out of town if necessary
Job Description:
- Monitoring and managing permits – permits in corporate groups
- Compiling, researching and monitoring of the agreement and corporate group legal documents
- Monitoring another corporate and corporate action project
- Handling and handling of legal matters between the company and the other side
- Maintaining both national and regional regulatory updates, especially those associated with corporate activities
- Preparing the rups, rupslb and board of directors meeting
- Gave a legal opinion to the board, the commissioner and the entire department of corporate
