Qualification: 

  • Male or female with ages between 28-35
  •  A minimum law bachelor’s education from a leading university
  • Minimum experience of 3 (three) years as a level managerial in the company or advocacy office
  • Essentially a person with experience in the office of an advocate and has served
  • Being able to create a drafting legal, as well as provide a legal opinion and litigation
  • Understand and understand the laws and civil and civil laws act and related rules
  • Mastering computer programs and proficient in English both oral and writing
  • Tough, outgoing, dignified, brave, negotiators and broad-minded and lead-minded
  • Ready to be out of town if necessary

Job Description: 

  • Monitoring and managing permits – permits in corporate groups
  • Compiling, researching and monitoring of the agreement and corporate group legal documents
  • Monitoring another corporate and corporate action project
  • Handling and handling of legal matters between the company and the other side
  • Maintaining both national and regional regulatory updates, especially those associated with corporate activities
  • Preparing the rups, rupslb and board of directors meeting
  • Gave a legal opinion to the board, the commissioner and the entire department of corporate
