Qualification:
- male, 35-50years old, stationed in Jakarta
- communicative
- Supple but still firm
- Can coaching (ever dpa certification is preferred / company culture that is often coaching)
- Non-judgmental, always listening from all sides related
- Do not like gossip or exaggerate problems, can maintain confidentiality
- Can be neutral (in terms of the company too)
- There is a CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) certification

*Compensation & benefit strategy
*Talent management & acquisition
*Organizational development - Ever: recruit and firing (from staff to managerial level), understand Payroll
- Understand labor regulations and have handled cases in courts / labor unions (field people)
- Never did firing / lay off
- Has worked in companies that are small, medium and large
- Have reviewed the Performance Management system (propose, review, prepare) and consolidate the results
- Conduct recruitment and selection process (advertising, reviewing application, short listing, requesting references, pre-screening and/or phone/face to face interview, medical check up )
