Job Description:
- Accustomed to fostering and coordinating property projects ranging from aspects of Business Development, Legality & Licensing, Planning, Development, Sales & Marketing to finance & accounting as expected by the company.
Requirements:
- Max. 45 years old
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or Management.
- At least have 5 years experience in the same position.
- Experience in developing Highrise & Landed House projects.
- Very good at Sales, Marketing & Promotion strategies.
- Accustomed to handling more than 5 projects at the same time.
- Mastering Project Management.
- Accustomed to fostering good relations with outside parties, such as banks, regional governments, BPN, Notasris and others.
