MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER – LEASING – (HEADHUNTER SERVICE/JASA HEADHUNTER)

Our respective client is a Japanese company that has been established for 9 years in Indonesia, is a multinational company with 37 branches all over the world.

• • Position    : Marketing Assistant Manager
  • Division    : Marketing
  • Location   : Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Industry    : Leasing

• • Maintain a good  relationship with the existing Lessee or Customer and other related parties,
  • Preparing Lease Quotation for new financing,
  • Take care of Lease Facility Request from the customer,
  • Collect, organize & update customer data including company profile,
  • Preparing the Application for Lease Facility for management approval purposes,
  • Analyze the financial report of the customer,
  • Conducting asset leasing examination, and tagging,
  • Monitor the progress of customer activities on a regular basis and make reports of visits to the customer,
  • Requesting the financial statements of customers,
  • Cooperate with the finance administration department related to payment matters

• • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university (any major),
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in B2B sales transaction,
  • Has at least 2 years of working experience in Sales positions for IT companies,
  • Has good IT vendors database,
  • Fluent in English at business level conversation,
  • Able to liaise to vendor/supplier, customer, and management expectation will be an advantage,
  • Highly motivational, driven target, and loyal.
