JOB SUMMARY

- Position : Marketing Funding
- Division : Commercial
- Location : Medan, North Sumatra
- Industry : Banking
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
- Exploring potential sources of obtaining funds, both from existing customers as well as new customers, by fostering good relationships in order to support the intensification and extension of the customer base,
- Acquiring new customers and/or increasing the placement of existing customers’ funds,
- Resolving problems arising from existing customers related to funds placed to achieve customer satisfaction and retain customers,
- Monitor customer transactional activities to help ensure the smooth running of customer transactions,
- Understand and comply with the code of ethics and company regulations to maintain business continuity and harmonious relationships between divisions and between employees,
- Check documents for customer transactions in accordance with the provisions,
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Bachelor degree (any major),
- Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing funding or similar role (especially in the banking industry).
