GENERAL MANAGER – MANUFACTURE (CENTRAL JAVA BASED)

Our respective client is one of the leaders in the manufacturing industry based in Central Java.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for manufacturing division, IT,  Administration, Human Resources, General Affair, Engineering, Maintenance to ensure the division is running smoothly in accordance t company set goals.

• • Operational budgeting with assistance from the individual department for budget composing and its implementation
  • Formulating policies with assistance from department manager establishing, development and continuous improvement on company policy
  • Working closely with PPIC, Accounting, and other related departments to monitor operational costs
  • Work closely with the HR department and with other related departments for a final decision on employee status, hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination
  • Involve in Vendor engagement together with Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing, user Department Manager to ensure it follows the standard and company budget.
  • Ensure day to day operation of all department and encourage business process development to obtain the best possible manufacturing output
  • Monitoring closely with Finance and Accounting department to monitor day to day financial activities not limited to weekly, monthly and year to date cost and identify high-cost production process also its root cause and solving method.
  • Open mind and always ready for any task as assigned by the Board of  Directors.
