ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client, a multinational logistic company from Germany are looking for fresh graduates or experienced to be placed as Customer Service Advisor with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY
    • Position: Customer Service Advisor
    • Division: Customer Service
    • Location: Jakarta
    • Industry: Logistic

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Answer all customer inquiries regarding the company’s services in a prompt, courteous and professional manner (Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly).
    • Ensure that booking inquiries, traces, and complaints are registered into the systems and dealt with both speedily and satisfactorily within the company’s operating standards and procedures.
    • Focus on customer’s needs and requirements, recommending an appropriate course of action so as to delight customers and prevent any claims or complaints.
    • Conduct a full investigation of complaints and make use of the proper tracing escalation guidelines to solve the complaint within the shortest time possible and to the customer’s satisfaction.
    • Proactively respond and update both customers and the network in accordance with the company’s Commitment.
    • Advise customers or company’s network where appropriate and inform them of any irregularities ie bad addresses, incomplete paperwork, wrong destination code, etc in order to preempt future problems.
    • Complete all required reports as and when needed.
    • Alert the respective Area Customer Service Manager of any potential problems, complaints, and other services irregularities/failures that need to be corrected to avoid recurrence.
    • Escalate any serious problem unsolved or unresponded by the company’s Network to the respective Area Customer Service Manager (Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution and service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction).
    • To make an order or pickup request, monitor shipping movements, ensure service is delivered according to customer’s request.
    • Maintain a balance between company policy, government policy, and customer benefit in decision-making. Handles issues in the best interest of both of them.
    • Advising customers for potential products or services.
    • Creating regular reports, information, and feedback to relevant departments and customers when needed.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
    • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree, any field
    • Able to speak English fluently
    • Having a good appearance and personality
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced multinational company
