ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Deputy Head of GMD with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Deputy Head
- Division: General Management Division
- Location: Indonesia
- Industry: Automotive
SUMMARY
Coordinate and develop HRD, GA, and Legal
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure human resources plan and development is in line with the company’s annual goals and in compliance with government regulations
- Responsible for legal affairs and documents
- Responsible for maintaining good relations with government
- Responsible for entertainment organization and logistics
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree or above (Any, preferably Law)
- Experienced in HRD, manufacturing company, and handling Labor Union
- Deep knowledge of Manpower Law and Labor Union
- Good understanding of legal compliances
Good understanding of manufacturing process
Good understanding of automotive industry - Excellent office software operating for WORD, EXCEL, and PPT; Possess driving licensee with a good driving skill for MT and AT vehicle; Excellent English; good analytical mind and problem solving
