Our client, a building material manufacturer company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Branch Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Branch Manager
- Division: Manager
- Location: Bali
- Industry: Building Material
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, plan, and supervise the sales process and payment for all products in the Retail and industrial segments as well as distributing and Responsible for achieving sales targets that have been charged.
- Monitor the selling price, credit limit, and payment t.o.p to comply with the applicable provisions apply and maintain the smooth flow of customer payments.
- Prepare a monthly work plan for industrial marketing and monitor its implementation.
- Build a good relationship with all customers.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Manage administrative activities in the work process.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of operational inventory.
- Responsible for forming a solid team to support the company’s aspirations and create a conducive work climate.
- Carry out control functions on the performance of subordinates.
- Carry out policies from superiors/companies to achieve the aspirations of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years experience as Branch Manager paint
- Fluent in English
- Have a good leadership spirit, integrity, commitment, and can communicate well.
