Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Digital Performance Manager with details as follows:

    • Establish and present a digital marketing strategy over a 6 and 12-month period
    • Plan, establish, and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Optimize landing pages and user funnels
    • Work with A/B and multivariate experiments to drive cost efficiencies as well as improved conversion ratios
    • Establish and manage website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
    • Manage ad serving tools
    • Setting up and optimizing Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns on all major search engines
    • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
      channels and customer touchpoints
    • Do campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Setup reporting mechanisms for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis
    • Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most
    • Manage vendor relationships and reports


    • Bachelor’s degree major in Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent required
    • Fluent in English
    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
    • At least 4 years of experience in working in digital acquisitions strategy in Indonesia
    • Preferably manager level in premium product paid acquisitions or equivalent (e-commerce, FMCG, etc.)
    • Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
    • Ability to develop budgets from baseline of 0
    • Familiar with budgetary development and planning processes
    • Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia
    • Strong planning and organizing skills
    • Ability to design and drive campaigns
    • Dashboard and KPI analysis breakdown
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills across various stakeholder levels
    • Good interpersonal and social skills
    • Self-driven & entrepreneurial
    • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative analytical skills
    • Managing processes
    • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
    • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
