ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a building material manufacturer company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Sales Project with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Sales Project
- Division: Sales
- Location: Jabodetabek, Bandung, Bali
- Industry: Building Material
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop sales of all types of finished products optimally according to market needs and Responsible for achieving sales targets that have been charged.
- Monitor the selling price, credit limit, and payment t.o.p to comply with the applicable provisions
apply and maintain the smooth flow of customer payments. - Prepare monthly work plans related to marketing in the project segment as well as
monitor its implementation. - Looking for new customers
- Looking for competitor information/data and monitoring competitor activity.
- Support the implementation of all marketing programs in the field
- Carry out administrative activities in the work process (such as Customer Records, Letters, Orders, Customer Visit Reports, etc.).
- Check the condition of the products in the outlets and take the necessary actions.
- Carry out policies from superiors/companies to achieve company aspirations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years experience as Sales Project paint
- Passive English
- Able to communicate well with architects and private contractors/BUMN, good experience in making plans and estimates
