Our client, a facility services provider is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Pricing Manager with details as follows:

The Pricing Manager will have responsibility to ensure that all cost, risk, and opportunities elements are appropriately costed, priced, and accounted for, in accordance with the policies and procedures of commercial models that have been determined by the company and in line with the company expected growth and margin targets.

The Pricing Manager will work closely with Operational Excellence, Sales Team, Procurement, and subject matter experts to discuss the analytical scenarios (cost, risk, price sensitivity related to client character), as well as Finance Planning & Analysis related to margin trend information from existing clients that will become new projects.

The Pricing Manager should prepare several models of cost analysis and price proposals (with various considerations to the characteristics of the client) to be recommended to the Sales Team and as an alternative scenario for the sales team in the process of negotiating prices with prospective clients.

The proposed price and alternative scenarios are submitted to the sales team (BDM & Sales) for approval to the Commercial Director, Country COO, and Country CEO in accordance with the authority matrix.

This role requires strong financial acumen, cost analytics, and business control.


    • Manage pricing system tools and monitor their implementation
      – Identify the necessary tools
      – Develop pricing system tools based on the needs
    • Create several models of cost analysis and price proposals
      – Collect cost calculation data from Operational Excellence
      – Determine the assumption of level of price sensitivity
      – Calculate the price level based on assumptions
      – Provide alternative price scenarios
    • Monitor price realization and compile price analysis based on actual costs, market research, trends, and insights from each type of industry periodically (monthly)


    • Excellent financial skills and a positive attitude.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests from internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Must demonstrate strong communication skills including verbal and written communication in English.
    • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to drive projects and manage process and risk


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Pricing Manager/Specialist.
    • Strong understanding of pricing excellence and commercial models,
    • Track record of strong financial acumen.
