ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a technical and software supply provider is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Business Development with details as follows:
- Position: Business Development
- Division: Business Development
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Technical and Software Supply Provider
- Identify and engage with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prepare draft proposals for delivery to clients
- Establish & nurture relationships with overseas and software suppliers
- Generate sales forecasting and design monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Develop strategies to improve the end to end sales process
- Deliver sales reports
- Identify, monitor, and map new market, opportunities, business strength, and clients/customer needs
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Executive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in developing B2B sales strategy, experience in energy and manufacture industry are preferrable
- Willing to go on business trips to another city/region/province if necessary
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and close the deals
- Excellent in English
- A highly capable user of Microsoft Excel
- Able to independently do complex analysis, identify the problem from the client and translate that into opportunities and new ideas in order to generate revenue and improve business profitability
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and flexibility to drive business at scale
- A self-motivated, coachable, and resilient attitude
