Our client, a technical and software supply provider is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Digital Marketing with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Digital Marketing
- Division: Marketing
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Technical and Software Supply Provider
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, to build a lasting digital connection with customers
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing
- Implement a strategy to increase conversion rates on websites, social media, and other channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites
- Manage a budget and execute for social media activities, KOLs & other ads cost
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms, KOLs campaigns, & digital sales through weekly and monthly reporting
- Plan, monitor, analyze and report the ongoing company presence on social media (esp. LinkedIn)
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related majors
- 2 years working experience in B2B Digital Marketing & Sales are preferred
- Excellent knowledge and experience in online marketing tools, e-commerce websites builder, social media ads, and best practices
- Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written
- Critical thinker, analytical mindset, and problem solver
- Skills and experience in creative content writing in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, coachable, and resilient attitude
