BUSINESS ANALYST – HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES MANUFACTURER (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a household appliance manufacturer is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Business Analyst with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Business Analyst
- Division: Analyst
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Household Appliance Manufacturer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the good relationship between IT and business, manage business expectations and negotiate a compromise
- Constantly review users’ pain points, requirements scoping, define the scope for development, propose appropriate solutions for the requirements/business
- Lead development project, work closely with the developers/technical team and users from the business side
- Prepare requirements, manage user stories, and test plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Great communication skills – ability to translate business requirements to something technical and vice versa
- Business automation mindset – streamline manual process, automation/digital transformation
- Ability to work independently, embrace changes, and deal effectively with complex, and ambiguous change requests.
- Attention to detail, prevent issues, excellent problem resolution
- Advantage: Knowledge in a relational database
- Good to have: Know how to use JIRA, Agile development environment, knowledge in Accounting
- General: Nice person, great team player, creative — out of the box, resist to work under pressure
