COUNTRY QHSE MANAGER – FACILITIES SERVICE (JAKARTA)

Our client, a facility services provider is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Country QHSE Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Country QHSE Manager
  • Division: QHSE
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Industry: Facilities Service

• • Act as an in-country management representative to implement the standardized QHSE system
  • Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained properly and comply with standards of customer and/or local regulation
  • Report to management the performance of the QMS and any needed improvements to implement best practices of QHSE system
  • Ensure initiation of actions to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of nonconformities
  • Promote awareness of QMS and customer requirements throughout the organization
  • Work with management to build company culture for safety awareness by implementing good safety behavior using tools such as inspections, audits, and observation cards (SWA, etc.)
  • Work together with operational department to maintain the project employee’s quality of safety
  • Regularly conduct safety inspection and audit at offices, branches, and at project location
  • Update management about new regulations established by customers and governance
  • Maintain records for safety training
  • Prepare supporting document for tender submission
  • Ensure that all work practices and systems are consistent with the QHSE policies and relevant statutory requirements
  • Ensure Company meets its statutory obligations by supporting QHSE Systems and Policies
  • Ensure compliance with safety obligations of persons generally
  • Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor

 

• • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Professional Certificate of Occupational Safety
  • Min. 5 years of QHSE experience in Oil and Gas with 2 years in a managerial role
  • Has the knowledge in Oilfield Safety practices
  • Familiar with QMS, HSEMS, and CSMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Has good communication skills
  • Has Audit / Inspection skills
  • Has Investigation skills
