Our client, a plastics houseware manufacturing is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Marketing Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Marketing Manager
  • Division: Marketing
  • Location: Tangerang
  • Industry: Plastics Houseware Manufacturer
  • Salary: Negotiable

 

• • Strategic sourcing, supplier, and internal stakeholder management for all marketing
    services (e.g. advertising/creative, ad production, brand PR, influencer, and
    marketing) for all Housewares products produced by the company
  • Coordinate strategic sourcing initiatives for specific types of marketing services
  • Development and implementation of branding awareness and product
    development strategies that support company growth.
  • Meet annual targets and increase cash flow;
  • Understand the current and future development needs of the company in all
    existing marketing lines, and translate them into results for the benefit of superiors
    and the Company;
  • Lead/contribute to industry analysis and market analysis as needed;
  • Manage existing products and the various distribution networks involved in them
    until the products arrive in the hands of consumers;
  • Prepare and execute local bids as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with the policies set by Management;
  • Lead/support regional/global initiatives as needed.

 

• • Female, max 35 years old.
  • Graduated from a reputable university
  • Experienced in similar business is preferable
  • Experience in managerial level 3 years
  • Communicative, creative, cheerful
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
