ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a local cosmetics company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Business Development with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Business Development
- Division: Business Development
- Location: Badung, Bali
- Industry: Cosmetics/Beauty Brand
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating Marketing & Branding Plan & Standard for the next 5 years
- Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns
- Managing Digital Marketing Strategy (Endorsement, FB, Google, Tiktok, Youtube Ads)
Grow Reseller & Distributor Plan & Action - Grow Offline Outlet
- Managing Marketing Strategy through
- Endorsement & Partnership & Brand Collaborations
- Growing Organic Marketing Strategy (Website & Social Media, Youtube)
- Setting Marketing & Branding Division KPI & Strategies to achieve it
- Research about customer, competitor, and market insights
- Coordinate NPD launch
- Review sales team performance and suggest campaigns
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Creating strategy for Finance, Supply Chain & HRD & Legal Improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 5-10 years of experience in brand management & marketing (FMCG, Beauty, Consultant experience preferred)
- Experienced in Developing Beauty Brand Strategy
- Experienced in Developing Beauty Products
- Strong in Beauty Digital Marketing Strategy (Endorsement, FB Ads, Google & YT Ads, Website)
- Experienced in Growing Reseller & Distributor Channel
- Interested and have advanced knowledge about Skincare, Makeup & Beauty Trend
- Experienced in Keeping Company in Safe corridor (Finance, Supply Chain & HRD & Legal)
- Able to Handle Marketing & Operational team (20 People)
- Energetic & Positive-vibe person
- Hustler, ambitious, structured/creative, self-starter
- Willing to move to Bali
