ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a logistic company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Mandarin Speaker with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Mandarin Speaker
- Division: Sales/Operation
- Location: Cikarang
- Industry: Logistics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring operational processes so that they run according to SOPs and effectively
- Minimize waste in operational processes so that targets are achieved according to plan
- Conduct continuous improvement analysis in all operational areas to improve company standards
- Become a communication intermediary between Expatriates and the Operations Team
- Revise all matters relating to the workflow operation of SOR 3
- Assessing the CI (Continuous Improvement) of each member’s tip
- Provide recommendations when there are deviations from the workflow by the operational team
- Monitor the CI process and results that have been reported to Human Resources for immediate follow-up
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male / female maximum 30 years old
- Fluent in mandarin (both speaking, listening, and reading)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have working experience related with this position will be a plus
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to perform well under pressure
