FINANCIAL PLANNING – CONSUMER ELECTRONICS (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an consumer electronics company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Financial Planning with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Financial Planning
- Division: Finance
- Location: WFH (Jakarta) & WFO / Hybrid
- Industry: Consumer Electronics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margins.
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Min. 2 -3 years of relevant experience in Financial corporate, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields. (Good point if there is a Bank and Start-up Company)
- Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role.
- String quantitative and analytical competency.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
