ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a retail company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Head Online Store with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Head Online Store
- Division: Marketing
- Location: Jabodetabek
- Industry: Retail Store
- Salary: Rp 10.000.000,00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend Coordination Meeting with All Sections
- Create an Online Store Section Work Schedule
- Supervision and direction of work practices, absenteeism, and overtime of leaders and staff on a regular basis
- Follow up on all customer reports that the online shop staff can’t handle
- Provide services to customers in accordance with SOPs and service standards
- Create a Strategy that is in accordance with current trends and customer needs
- Make sure the total products on the market match those in the warehouse
- Ensure products in the marketplace have pictures, prices, and descriptions according to company standards
- Make a daily report for the head of the online shop
- Assess staff performance to always have good performance
- Lead, train, motivate and supervise office staff effectively
- Conduct on the job training for new employees or those who have not mastered their work (ADDITIONAL TASKS)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female
- Well behaved
- Minimum education D-III / equivalent (All majors)
- Min age 30 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field (Online Store)
- Have a strong leadership spirit, creative and dynamic
- Able to coordinate and work in a team
- Have good communication skills
- Able to establish good relations with various parties
- Proficient in several computer programs: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Mastering Internet Usage
- Willing to work in Shift
- Willing to be assigned in all the company branches (Jabodetabek area)
