ACCOUNT MANAGER – MACHINERY (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a machinery company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Account Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Account Manager
- Division: Sales
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Machinery
- Salary: Rp 20.000.000,00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities;
- Negotiation on tender, contract terms and conditions, and preparation of Sales Contract;
- Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit for orders;
- Prepare sales report, analyze cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts;
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and after-sales support;
- Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customers;
- Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events;
- Work closely with supply chain management, sales support, project engineer, and order fulfillment team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering;
- At least 2-3 years sales experience selling industrial products;
- Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous;
- Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer-oriented;
- Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills;
- Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials
- Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service)
