Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Training Development Senior Staff/Supervisor with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Training Development Senior Staff/Supervisor
- Division: Training Development
- Location: Cikarang
- Industry: Automotive
- Salary: Rp 8.000.000,00 – Rp 9.000.000,00
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education min S1 majoring in Psychology/MSDM/other majors relevant to the experience
- Maximum 35 years old
- Min 3 years experience as a trainer in the field of Learning & Development / Training & Development or the like in a manufacturing company
- Have a BNSP Level 3 Trainer Professional certification or Internal Certification Trainer from a previous company
- Experienced in making curricula, modules, material delivery, material development, and evaluating the training carried out
- Have knowledge in People Development Cycle
- Skilled in doing simple photo and video editing for the purposes of making posters or learning media
- Has the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic conditions
- Can work together in a team
- Domiciled in Cikarang
- Willing to join as soon as possible
