FINANCE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST – AUTOMOTIVE EV (2W) (TANGERANG)

Our client, an automotive EV (2W) company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Finance Accounting Specialist with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Finance Accounting Specialist
- Division: Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure any commercial transaction is properly recorded in the financial statement accurately
- Provide analysis of the company’s finances used (actual vs projected)
- Analysing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports
- Overseeing daily transactions (account payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations)
- Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances
- Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities and recommend actions to assure resolution of such problems
- Liaising with Business Analyst & Finance Manager to ensure that each department remains within budget
- Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
- Review and prepare analysis on statements and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy and procedures
- Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Working with various departments/functions to manage budgets, expenditures and submit cash flow reports as requested
- Responsible for tax, audit, and other compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree major in Accounting is required with Min GPA 3.0 from reputable University
- Fluent in English
- Certified Brevet A & B
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting area
- Experience in the automotive industry or in Big 4 accounting firms.
- Experience with Finance & Accounting ERP system
- Extensive knowledge of accounting methods & reporting, accounting regulations, audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures in Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency with Excel, Accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Understanding about tax reporting
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management
- Self-driven
