Our client, an automotive EV (2W) company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Inbound/Outbound Vehicle Staff with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Inbound/Outbound Vehicle Staff
- Division: Inbound/Outbound Vehicle

JOB DETAILS:
- Manage order fulfillment activity based on sales forecast, match with manufacturing capability, and delivery to the Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC) on time.
- Make production plan capacity follow demand requirement from sales.
- Ensure material readiness both import & local, align with monthly production sequence.
- Monitoring and reporting production plan activity and ensure can produce on schedule.
- Analyze and ensure the inventory meets the target cost and storage area.
- Monitoring material ordering matches with the window time delivery.
- Monitoring issue list during project stage build from; TA, Pilot, SOP and ensure all issues have action plan and solution.
- Responsible for ordering & controlling parts for regular production from local/import supplier
