ABOUT OUR CLIENT

• • Office Development Program or ODP is a pre-employment program that is used to train prospective or
    prospective employees in a company to be ready to become employees with special qualifications and
    abilities.
  • Officer Development Program is recruitment at the officer level. The program participants will then be
    projected to fill leadership or managerial positions in the company.
  • The program does not only carry out routine tasks but will provide special assignments related to process improvement/improvement in the division so that the organization in the division is more effective, efficient, and able to contribute to the empowerment of company goals and for business units that are given clear and monitored sales targets.

• • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
  • Single, with maximum Age 25 years
  • Background education: Finance, Banking, Management, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer, Engineering, Business Administration.
  • GPA minimum 3.0
  • Pleasant Personality and Confident, Good Appearance and prepared to face challenges, Good in English and Computer Literate, To be located in any branches of the company
