Our client, an F&B company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Sales Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Sales Manager
- Division: Sales
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: F&B
- Salary: Rp 5.000.000,00 – Rp 6.000.000,00 (BPJS & Incentive)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage sales through business plan development
- Setting individual and team sales targets
- Track sales goals and report the results
- Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing to bring in prospects
- Developing the team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
- Promote organization and products
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male or Female
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum D3 education in Marketing or Management
- Have work experience in Sales for at least 3 years
- Have good communication
- Attractive appearance
- Can use a laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office
