INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER – PLANTATION (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a plantation company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Internal Audit Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Internal Audit Manager
- Division: Internal Audit
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Plantation
- Salary: Open
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan & conduct audit: financial & operational annually
- Take action on any finding, follow up & remediate the finding
- Work closely with all necessary resources to solve control issues within the organization
- Improve control by setting policy/procedures & working together with all functions over any loophole & weakness.
- Team up with the process-owners to provide/complete SOP
- Develop the team with sound audit skills & knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Management)
- Experienced in internal audit: financial & operational minimum 5 – 8 years
- Strong in analysis, negotiation, remediation, evaluation & SOP improvement
- Capability to coordinate team & deal with higher levels
- Hands-on Excel, Word, & Powerpoint
- Previous working with SAP is a plus-point
- Preferably having background in consumer-goods & distribution
- Willing to travel to all units across Indonesia (travelling >=50%)
