CASH CONTROLLER (GRADE 9) – LOGISTIC (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a multinational logistic company from Germany are looking for potential candidates to be placed as Cash Controller with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check and Follow up Backlog of Cash Automation Allocation (CAA) system integration into ERP system through CAA dashboard & any posting (manual or legacy system) outside of the CAA interface into ERP system
- Monitor the percentage of automatic reconciliation and address any area for improvement to improve KPI
- Doing monthly analysis including an action plan for Cash To be Collected vs Cash Collected and Cash Collected vs Cash Billed ERP reports to be used to reconcile open items
- Doing write-offs interfaced from CAA and review for routes discrepancies and Banking Discrepancies that need to be followed up with Monthly reporting to CFO
- Review user roles periodically (quarterly) by ensuring that collection/reconciler/banking agents are segregated from approvers.
- Initiate CAA aftercare based on operational monitoring and take actions to reduce the risk/exposure after the CAA process is completed such as:
- Additional collection activities by OPS (courier) – Go for 2nd collection
- Additional collection activities by Account Receivable Finance
- Monitor unreconciled items in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger and identify potential root causes with an action plan.
- Monitor any FOC shipments, see respective finance controls
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
- Having a minimum of 3 years experience in finance, related to cash reconciliation and SAP system
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Good communication and data analysis skills
- Able to communicate in English (intermediate level-spoken and written)
