QUANTITY SURVEYOR – INTERIOR DESIGN (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an interior design company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Quantity Surveyor with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Quantity Surveyor
- Division: Surveyor
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Interior Design
- Salary: Rp 8.000.000.00 – Rp 15.000.000.00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Cost Estimate for Bidding/Tender purposes
- Prepare unit price and unit rates.
- Review Bid Document as per client requirement
- Ensure every Technical and Commercial Proposal is submitted within deadline and meets client’s specifications.
- Ensure any administration documents are submitted properly.
- Ensure any quotations are submitted properly to client.
- Update in-house cost estimation price database.
Prepare, control, and monitor project budget and schedule - Monitoring project progress based on schedule.
- Compile and prepare data and report for Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Prepare and issue variation/change order
- Prepare forecast spending report
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (All Majors)
- Min 4 years experience in estimate/budgeting
- Microsoft office
- Data-oriented and analytical skills
