Our client, a logistic company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as HR Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: HR Manager
- Division: Human Resource
- Location: Cikarang
- Industry: Logistic
- Salary: Rp 20.000.000,00
JOB DETAILS:
- Minimum S1
- Able to carry out the functions of HR Operation, Payroll Management (Comben), Recruitment & Selection, Performance & Talent Management, and Organization Development
- Understand the concept of wage scales, salary, and benefits reviews, create and develop reward programs
- Understand the Manpower Law, Industrial Relations, BPJS Employment, and BPJS Health
- Have experience in implementing HR Integrated System
- Have good Leadership, Analytical Thinking, and Collaborative skills
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate in English
