ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an oil & gas company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Business Development with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Business Development
- Division: Development
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Oil & Gas
- Salary: Rp 6.000.000,00 – Rp 8.000.000,00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prepare draft proposals for delivery to clients
- Establish & nurture relationships with overseas service and software suppliers
- Generate sales forecasting and design monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales
- Develop strategies to improve the end to end sales process
- Deliver sales reports
- Identify, monitor, and map new markets, opportunities, business strengths, and client/customer needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Executive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in developing B2B sales strategy, experience in energy and manufacturing industry are preferrable
- Willing to go on business trips to another city/region/province if necessary
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and close the deals
- Excellent in English
- Highly capable of Microsoft Excel
- Able to independently do complex analysis, identify the problem from the client and translate that into opportunities and new ideas in order to generate revenue and improve business profitability
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and flexibility to drive business at scale
- A self-motivated, coachable, and resilient attitude
