BRANCH MANAGER – LOGISTIC (BATAM)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a logistic company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Branch Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Branch Manager
- Division: Manager
- Location: Batam
- Industry: Logistic
- Salary: Rp 30.000.000,00 (Base Salary) + Rp 6.000.000,00 (Gross Transport All.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that the branch provides market-leading level of service and works to achieve the company’s Commitment
- Monitoring account performance and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential major customers
- Maintaining a brand leadership position by projecting a leadership image
- To ensure that the company’s relationship with, airlines and other airports/seaport authorities are properly maintained
- Ensures that customers’ shipment data is treated with urgency at all times and agreed transmission schedules are adhered to at all times
- To minimize the company’s exposure to possible breaches of security, this includes measures to reduce the risk of fraud and theft
- To achieve customer service Global service commitment which comprises of response to network and customers
- To ensure the right people are employed, develop, and manage to align with company regulation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3-4 years experience in related positions
- Experience in Operations (Logistic)
- Experience in Sales or at least have Sales Exposure
- Computer literate (Minimum Microsoft Office)
- Good English Communication (written and spoken)
- Analytical and problem solving
- Demonstrate a strong capability in general management
