Our client, a logistic company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Retail Outlet Officer with details as follows:

Act as the front line of the company by assisting package shipment and welcoming customers. Retail Outlet Officers will ensure that the retail outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of the store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to the retail supervisor.
- To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlets
- Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance
- Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
- Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager
- Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
- Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
- Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet
- Implement store hours
- Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, and low tardiness at all times.
- Competitive remuneration package & incentive
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- Able to speak English fluently
- Having a good appearance and personality
- Having experience as a salesperson will be an advantage or having an interest in sales
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
