Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Technology & Maintenance Time Keeper with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Technology & Maintenance Time Keeper
- Division: Technology Process
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Automotive
- Salary: Rp 10.000.000,00 – Rp 12.000.000,00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building Technology process (SOP) and Process timing calculation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good speaking and communication skills.
- Can read English documentation/ manuals
- Can you use Auto CAD software for drawn layout
- Experience in process building & control (SOP- standard operating procedure)
- Can read technical drawing
- Have knowledge about: Mechanical, Materials, Lubrication
- Know about safety, PPE, 5S,..
- Know about FMEA & 7 QC tools is an advantage
- Manpower & machine capacity calculation and balance process to achieve production plan: TC,TE, Takt time,..
- Optimization production process, timing to find the solution to save manufacturing cost
- Know about product cost, transformation cost,..
- Smart
