Our client, a construction company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Marketing Director with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Marketing Director

REQUIREMENTS:
- Max. 47 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Marketing, or Management
- Min. 3 years experience in a similar position or min. 8 years experience as Sales/Marketing Manager preferably in Elevator & Escalator Business, Building Construction, or Mechanical Electrical Business
- Very familiar in Elevator & Escalator Business or in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Business
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Good command of spoken and written English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the sales & marketing plan for the lift/escalator product
- Lead the sales and technical support team to meet company assigned sales target
- Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants, contractors, and building developers within the construction industry
- Continually review changes to the market
