Our client, a property development company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Sales & Marketing Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
- Division: Sales & Marketing
- Location: Bekasi
- Industry: Property Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their target and goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female, max 35 years old.
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing Department, preferably from Property company.
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing.
- Required skill (s): Strong Leadership, Communication Skill, Technology, Strategic Planning, Innovation & Negotiation.
