SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT – BUSINESS SOLUTION (BALI)

Our client, a business solution company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Senior Tax Accountant with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Senior Tax Accountant
- Division: Tax
- Location: Bali
- Industry: Business Solution
- Salary: Rp 13.000.000,00 – Rp 15.000.000,00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Сollect, review, and process accounting and tax documents to prepare tax returns, state pages, and tax provision schedules, estimate quarterly payments, and file extensions.
- Gather financial information and file federal, state, and local tax returns for businesses
- Using the highest standards and practices to ensure financial documents comply with the law
- Resolving financial problems, performing audits, and analyzing profit loss
- Increasing company revenues and boosting profits
- Must research more complex tax concepts and strategies to improve company’s tax strategy and communicate your findings and ideas with them.
- Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasts as required
- Review and update documents and policies and identify and develop process improvements
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to meet organizational needs
- Strong understanding of inventory analysis and reconciliation, and the ability to provide information and feedback to managers
- Work experience with code OKVED codes of company will be preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Age 35+
- Master’s degree a plus
- CPA license preferred
- Tax preparation experience (5+ years preferred)
- Experience with bookkeeping software
- Attention to detail
- Polished interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency (Working level of) in English language is essential
