JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: HR Manager
  • Division: HR
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Industry: Hospital
  • Salary: Rp 15.000.000,00 – Rp 20.000.000,00

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• • Maximum age 35 years.
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years experience working in another company as Head of HR
  • Minimum education is S1 in management, law, or psychology
  • Understand or master the labor system in Indonesia
  • Have the ability to negotiate or communicate with others
  • Knowledge of HR operational management
  • Experienced in making employee salary strategies such as employee compensation, basic salary, and salary structure.
  • Mastering HR planning, and recruitment to select employees.
  • Able to plan and develop employee competencies.
  • Have a portfolio of employee salary structure designs.
