Our client, a plastic housewares manufacturer is looking for potential candidates to be placed as HR Recruitment with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: HR Recruitment
  • Division: Human Resource
  • Location: Tangerang
  • Industry: Plastic Housewares Manufacturer
  • Salary: Rp. 4.300.000 – negotiable (benefit: BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan)

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• • Know and be able to run recruitment tests & scoring
    ((IST, CFIT, MBTI, PAPIKOSTIK) & interview with BEI guidelines);
  • Communication skill;
  • Have marketing and sales skills;
  • Can build new relationships;
  • Have good time management;
  • Skills in IT and social media;
  • Find and screen prospective employees to fill vacancies in positions that are currently
    needed by the company.
  • Know and be able to run Recruitment Tests & Scoring ((IST, CFIT, MBTI, PAPIKOSTIK) &
    interview with BEI guidelines).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Men/Women; Preferably Women;
  • Maximum age 32 years;
  • Qualification Bachelor’s degree (S1) in People Management/ Psychology;
  • Type of work Full time;
  • Job specialization preferably Manufacturing, FMG.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Recruitment.
  • Have extensive data sources and networks to find suitable candidates
    (Online, Yearbook, Campus Hiring, Job Fair, etc.)
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with different functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
