• • Business Plan and Performance analysis
  • Planning and managing sales organization/commission/evaluation
  • Managing business (sales) activation promotion
  • Managing recruitment process of sales organization
  • Organized and executed brand mall operation strategy
  • Managing payment of sales team commission
  • Manage and operate organization strategy meeting

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Minimum 5 years experience in sales-oriented industries
  • Data-driven with strong analytical ability
  • Strong organizational. planning, problem resolution, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player
