Our client, an EV automotive (2W) company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Warranty Staff with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Warranty Staff
- Division: Quality
- Location: Cikarang
- Industry: EV Automotive (2W)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Receive and review warranty claims from after-sales team
- Conduct a detailed analysis of warranty return parts, claims, and costs to determine corrective and preventative actions to support both the
Customer, Production, and Supplier - Handle warranty claim administration and documents.
- Collaboration with Aftersales team for any warranty issue
- Understand and be involved in kaizen activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in 2W or 4W company as Quality Engineer
- Experience in Quality Assurance product
- Understand quality management system, QC 7 tools
- Has experience in warranty claim
- Has Knowledge of measurement
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Problem-solving skills
- Team working skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
