Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Sales Director with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Sales Director

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to
achieve sales goals. - Responsible for developing and selling activities to an agreed annual target of revenue, to increase year on year
- Managing sales team, maintaining sales operation and Dealer network management
- Analyze, forecast, advise and provide timely and prompt information on sales
- Strategy development support, business planning, and goal setting support for assigned accounts
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field with minimum 20 years of experience in
Sales leader position of automotive industry - A Master’s degree/MBA will be an added advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with operational, sales operations, financial, and quality assurance is a must
- Very strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field with minimum 20 years of experience in
