Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Service Director/After Sales Director with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives
- Assist with after-sales related market research and recommend improvement measures with
the aim of continuously enhancing customer satisfaction with after-sales service. - Plan, develop, and monitor dealer service and parts network. Oversee Dealer Standards assessments of all dealers and Panel Shops. Assist with the updating of service and parts standards as necessary
- Administer and manage all aspects of customer and dealer complaints. Deal with any customer complaints pertaining to product reliability, assist dealers and customers alike to find resolutions to these complaints
- Assist with After Sales Business development of Service sales and marketing, handle key supplier
relationships. Assist National Parts and Service marketing campaigns/promotions for all dealers - Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve
performance. - Driving the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimal Bachelor’s degree and with minimum of fifteen years of experience in related field.
- Have a working experience and good understanding in automotive industry especially in Service
and/or Parts Management - Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, ability to communicate well with
regional and global counterparts - Experience and desire to work with technology
