Our client, an EV automotive (2W) company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Regional Operation Manager with details as follows:

      In the assigned area of responsibility:


    • 1. Strategy and Execution:
      • Develop strategic direction, and framework of large and key corporate and division initiatives related to Dealer and Field initiatives to drive sales, penetration, dealer satisfaction, loyalty, and internal process improvement
      • Develop business cases to pursue opportunities for Dealer and strategic initiatives for sales growth, ease-of-doing business for dealers, and sales operation efficiency improvement
      • Develop tactical campaign plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.
      • Lead cross-functional implementation of dealer/sales strategic initiatives (e.g. Voice of the Dealer, eContracting, etc.); Collaborate and engage with cross-division leadership and working level in order to develop and/or implement initiatives
      • Deliver recurring cadence of high-impact data-driven insights and reporting to sales leadership in regards to dealer management success metrics
      • Provide executive-level presentations and reporting, analysis, and recommendations while aligning execution activities with yearly MBOD


    • 2. Sales Operations Management:
      • Responsible for the sales target achievement in the assigned area/region.
      • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures in support of meeting specific operational support to Dealers and Field Sales (e.g. new dealer onboarding process management and compliance/audit findings follow-ups)
      • Provide vendor management and relationship within the scope of his/her function while collaborating closely with the Procurement department
      • Ensure effective use of responsible budgets in the spend areas and continue to drive savings, value, and further efficiencies


    • 3. Field Training and Oversight:
      • Oversee the development of Field training by market size, priorities, and level of commitment. Monitor the effectiveness of the training plan, and make timely adjustments to fit changing market and business environment.
      • Oversee Field and Dealer Training development, planning, and execution for Enterprise Initiatives (e.g., DPR framework changes, Salesforce2.0, Digital Retailing). Monitor the regional training progress. Develop monitoring mechanisms and reports to ensure effectiveness and drive behavior changes.
      • Provide direction, mentoring, and coaching support to sales planners, sales admin, Sales and Training execution


    • 4. Network & Business Development
      • Scouting and liaising with potential dealers in particular market areas
      • Conduct market analysis and feasibility study to open new market area.
      • Actively monitoring market potential in the assigned territory and actively proposing business development opportunities to senior management.
