ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an EV automotive (2W) company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Production Operation with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Production Operation
- Division: Production
- Location: Cikarang
- Industry: EV Automotive (2W)
- Salary: UMR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the work process carried out is in accordance with what was determined during the pre-work briefing.
- Ensuring that everything and all production processes run according to the applicable SOPs in the company.
- Prepare equipment and operate production machines while complying with company policies and OHS standards.
- Ensure that the production targets that have been determined are achieved properly, smoothly, efficiently, and optimally.
- Help organize production flow and repair damage. As well as providing reports if there is a potential for improving the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure production capacity and quality are consistently achieved.
- Ensure that the work environment is always neat and clean.
- Forward briefing information when changing work shifts.
- Maintain workplace safety.
- Ensure and make good work reports.
OTHERS:
- Minimum age 18-21 years old
- Fresh graduate from Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive vocational education background with a minimum score equivalent to 70%
- Have healthy eyes and are able to distinguish colors well
- Preferably Cikarang and surrounding areas
- UMR Salary
- 1-year contract
