TRADER/SALES – TRADING (JAKARTA)

Our client, a Trading company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Trader/Sales with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Trader/Sales
  • Division: Sales
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Industry: Trading
  • Salary: Max Rp 30.000.000,00

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Build rapport and obtain offers from existing customers/ prospects and secure a
    deal;
  • Monitor and develop sales strategies along with Regional Head to improve market
    share in all product lines;
  • Manage Indonesian coal suppliers for our overseas marketing team.
  • Negotiate commercial price;
  • Communicate with supplier and headquarters;
  • Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets;
  • Build a new customer base to maximize sales;
  • Project and interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies in achieving
    profit target;
  • Comply with all government regulations and operational policies and procedures;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing/ new customers and partners;
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Proven work experience in Indonesian coal business
  • In-depth knowledge of trading industry and shipping terms
  • Strong business networking with coal suppliers
  • Business English communication skills
  • Professional working ethics and attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently with high level of dedication as well as a team
  • Willing to travel to remote area.
