MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIER (CIKARANG)

Our client, an automotive supplier company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Maintenance Engineer with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Maintenance Engineer
  • Division: Maintenance
  • Location: Cikarang
  • Industry: Automotive Supplier
  • Salary: Rp 25.000.000,00 (Gross) (Max)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Responsibility 1: Preventive Maintenance
    • Ensure preventive maintenance program (Monthly/quarterly/yearly) is done and met, plan for all of machine and Equipment.
    • Review and update preventive maintenance checklist based on issues found in past PM activities.
    • Create TPM checklist for new machine and equipment.
    • Implement and maintain SAP maintenance program.

• • Responsibility 2: Breakdown Maintenance
    • Manage all day-to-day problems solving on machine breakdown to minimize
    MTTR.
    • Review and analyze machine breakdown, set up an action plan to prevent
    reoccurrence and maximize MTBF
    • The existing Machine and equipment improvement in order to improve OEE.
    • Contribute with engineering department to feedback lesson learned of the existing
    machine to update specification of new machine.

• • Responsibility 3: Spare part
    • Define spare part list of new machine
    • Review Min –Max spare part list of the existing machine and equipment in order
    to optimize cost and prevent the spare part shortage issue
    • Review the existing spare part to be updated in terms of brand, model,
    manufacturer, etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Bachelor’s degree – Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Production
  • Over 5 years of maintenance experience in automotive industry
  • Working experience as Blow Molding Machine Maintenance Engineer is an advantage
  • Knowledge of general Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of PM & PdM
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001
  • Knowledge and experience in PLC program
  • SAP experience
  • Good English communication skill
  • Leadership skill
