Our client, a Non-Profit Organization is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Sales & Marketing Director with details as follows:

Responsible for the strategy and growth of the organization’s microfinance business in accordance with the organization’s vision and mission and applicable standard procedures to achieve work targets.
- Responsible for strategic planning and ensuring microfinance activity towards growth and the expected business development of the company.
- Ensure the management of microfinance activities in accordance with SOP standard
- Responsible for determining the policies of the sales & marketing department marketing in line with the company’s business goals and plans and in accordance with government policies.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Department in developing new market segments and products to submit to management.
- Responsible for determining work goals/targets, and planning microfinance work, initiatives, and budgets.
- Responsible for conducting analysis related to competition microfinance business, products, and business processes in a sustainable manner
- Ensure quality control related to sales & marketing products, client/customer satisfaction, client selection, protection of clients, portfolio quality management, product and business processes, area selection and other aspects of sales & marketing.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance of the entire sales team & marketing to the department’s internal policies and throughout company policy
- Responsible for overseeing overall risk control microfinance activity
- Responsible for the control and prevention of potential fraud and handling fraud with the fraud committee
- Ensure the quality of the competence of the sales & marketing team is appropriate to company competency standards
- Creating synergies and good cooperation internally and external departments and ensuring good collaboration between the sales & marketing team and other departments.
- Ensure the achievement of the performance of the sales & marketing team (work results, work attitude, competence) in accordance with the set work targets
- Responsible for reporting the results of the work to the parties management.
- Giving sanctions to the Head of Sales & Marketing Department for violating the code of ethics, customer protection, and regulations applicable company.
- Ensuring the implementation of the employee coaching system is running well in the Sales & Marketing Directorate.
- Carry out all work tasks according to procedures, rules, and instructions applicable to work.
- Carry out other relevant and important tasks with coordination from superiors/management (if necessary for the benefit of the company)
Minimum education S1, all majors
Minimum 5 years experience as General Manager or 2 years as Sales & Marketing Director in the company microfinance/Gramee
