Our client, a certification agency is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Office Operational Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

    • Position: Office Operational Manager
    • Division: Operational
    • Location: Jakarta
    • Industry: Certification Agency
    • Salary: Rp 10.000.000,00 – Rp 20.000.000,00

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Handle operation + sales (report and coaching)

 

REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications business, management, or related fields
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Must have exceptional attention to detail
    • Must be a self-starter and driven
    • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and logical approach
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
    • Excellent building relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Have expertise in preparing and executing sales marketing/business plan
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
